Ingredients:

1 onion
2 carrots
1 sweet potato
1 celery stalk
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
Sprinkle of black pepper
Chopped oregano
750ml/0.8quarts water

 

Method:

  1. Chop all the veg into small chunks and add everything to a pan.
  2. Bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer and leave for 1 hour, then drain.
