Strawberry Jam

This strawberry jam is simple, nutritious and tastes incredible. It’s the perfect addition to my quinoa scones or quinoa and cashew bread as it adds some fruity and delicious goodness.

I sometimes add it to pancakes or use as a topping to porridge. The best bit about it is, unlike most shop bought jars of jam (which are full of sugar) this one is super healthy and is sugar-free. It’s the perfect healthy alternative. Hope you like it 🙂

Ingredients:
1 punnet strawberries
1/3 cup/50g pitted dates

Method:

1. Mix the strawberries and dates in a food processor until a thick jam like consistency is formed. Simples 🙂
