This healthy and delicious alcohol free Pina Colada is so refreshing. It makes an amazing alternative to a regular Pina Colada using just fresh fruit and coconut milk – it tastes like sunshine in a glass.

Ingredients:
2/5 cup/100g pineapple chunks
2/3 cup/100g mango chunks
1 cup/240g coconut milk
2 tsp. honey
1 banana
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until thick, creamy and delicious.
