Makes 2 smoothies

1 beetroot
75g/2.5oz of cashew nuts
6 dates
235ml/8fl oz coconut water
45g/1.5oz blackberries
45g/1.5oz strawberries
45g/1.5oz raspberries
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. of flaxseed

Method:

Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix for a scrumptiously nutritious and healthy treat.
