Healthy Mango Lassi
This is one of my favourite smoothies – it’s deliciously sweet and so refreshing. It makes a great soothing cold drink for a hot summers day, and it’s also the perfect way to start a day too. If you’ve never had a mango lassi before – you need to give it a try. It’s one of the most popular drinks in India and is the most beautiful thick yoghurt based drink you can have.
I made mine with fresh mango but you can also use frozen and it will still taste just as delicious.

Ingredients:
2 cups/280g chopped mango
1 cup/280g Greek yoghurt
1 tsp. honey
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Enjoy!
