Ingredients:
180g/6.5oz raw kale
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. mixed herbs
1 tsp. pine nuts
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 175C/350F.
- Place the kale in a baking dish or tray the sprinkle with honey, mixed herbs and pine nuts.
- Heat for 10-15 minutes.
