Ingredients:
8 plums, stoned and chopped
200ml/7fl oz coconut milk
12 pitted dates
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 banana
Optional toppings: mixed nuts, pumpkin seeds and blueberry powder.
Method:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Freeze overnight.
