Healthy Cauliflower Soup
This delicious cauliflower soup is super healthy, easy to make and great for a simple lunch or starter.
This recipe calls for vegetable broth and we have a great recipe for that here, but if you don’t have time you can always use vegetable bouillon.
As with all our recipes, this has been created to taste fantastic whilst containing a good amount of nutrition to feed and nourish the body. This particular recipe is particularly high in vitamin A and vitamin C but has a good balance of other nutrients including fibre, iron, calcium and folate.
