You’ll find quite a few different ideas on here on what to make from: overnight oats to chia breakfast puddings, but this one is probably the most simple ideas on the blog. Just fill a jar with all your favourite fruit’s and top with Greek yoghurt (and honey if desired) for a pre-made, convenient and extremely healthy breakfast on the go!
