Falafel Balls – Vegan, Gluten Free
These delicious falafel balls make a super easy and healthy lunch, starter or side that taste great served with my tasty hummus.
If you’re looking for an impressive gluten free and vegan starter or side to serve to a group of friends you should definitely give these a try.

Makes 18 balls
Ingredients:
3 carrots, grated
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 X 400g cans chickpeas, drained
Handful fresh parsley, chopped
3 tsp. coriander
2 tsp. cumin
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Divide the mixture into 18 small balls.
- Bake for 20 minutes then serve!
