Date Smoothie
This date smoothie tastes just like heaven, I absolutely love it! If you have a craving for something sweet, then this is the perfect treat for you – it’s sweet, creamy and full of nutrition.
It’s so delicious that it doesn’t taste healthy at all, yet it’s absolutely full of goodness and made from a beautiful blend of dates, basil, blackberries, almond milk, chia and cinnamon.
Ingredients:
6 pitted dates
small handful of basil
3/4 cup/ 150g blackberries
1/4 cup/ 60g almond milk
1 tbsp. almond butter
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. cinnamon
Optional Topping – Chia seeds
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and delicious!
