Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding

Chia puddings are so simple to make and extremely delicious. They’re one of our all time favourite breakfasts and make a great healthy dessert too!

There are also so many health benefits to eating chia like, reducing food cravings, helping you stay hydrated, lowering blood pressure & they’re rich in Omega-3, it’s hard to believe that something so good for you can taste so delicious.

The real beauty of this is how simple it is to make, you literally just throw everything into a bowl or jar and leave in the fridge to set overnight.

You can make chia pudding with just milk, but we prefer to add yoghurt as it gives it a great thick and creamy texture. You can also add a dollop of my healthy strawberry jam too for extra fruitiness.
