Recipe: Butternut Squash Soup

Butternut Squash Soup

This delicious butternut squash soup is full of nutrition and tastes just as good as it looks. It makes the perfect winter lunch.

This recipe also calls for vegetable broth and I have a great easy recipe for this too which is so simple to make and a great way of using up vegetables. It also tastes so much better than shop bought ones.

Hope you like it!
