Ingredients:
290g/10oz of blackberries
1 tbsp. chia seeds
80g/3oz maple syrup or honey
Method:
- Mash up the blackberries using a potato masher then add all the ingredients to a saucepan.
- Bring to the boil then reduce to simmer. Leave for 10 minutes.
