Berry Crumble
It’s Nutripic recipe time and this delicious healthy berry crumble is totally divine and such an inexpensive and easy dessert to make.
I just love the vibrancy of the purple berries, not only does it taste fantastic – it looks it too. The crumble topping, made from oats (you can also use gluten-free oats if you’re intolerant) and ground almonds soaks up all the juiciness of the berries when baked, which makes every single bite juicy, flavoursome and delicious.
I’ve used a mixture of blueberries, strawberries and raspberries to make this, but other alternatives such as; rhubarb, apples and blackberries are also super tasty.
I’ve also made a healthy and mouth-watering custard to have with this dish. You can get the recipe here.
