Banana Berry Smoothie
This delicious and nutritious banana and strawberry smoothie recipe could not be easier. You can use fresh or frozen fruit for this recipe, we usually use frozen as it makes the smoothie really cold and ready to drink.
When adding the ginger to this recipe, be sure to just add a tiny bit at a time and keep tasting as you go to ensure it doesn’t get too bitter for you.

Ingredients:
1/4 tsp. grated ginger
1 tsp. honey
1 large banana
480ml/16.25fl oz soya milk
100g/3.5oz natural yoghurt
150g/5oz strawberries
Method:
- Grate the ginger, peel and chop the banana then chop and de-stem the strawberries.
- Place in a blender along with the rest of the ingredients and blitz until smooth and creamy.
