This week’s food art is fun, healthy and such an easy fruit creation to make for the kids. It’s a great way of teaching children about nutrition and encouraging them to eat healthy.

What you’ll need:

Blueberries
Satsuma
Strawberry
Greek Yoghurt

Nutrition benefits to tell the kids:

Blueberries – contain loads of fibre which helps to keep your tummy healthy!

Strawberries, Satsumas and Blueberries – all have lots of vitamin C in them which makes your body’s defensive shield (immune system) stronger and stops you from getting ill! Vitamin C makes you happy too!

Satsumas – are high in vitamin A which helps you to see better, you might even be able to see in the dark!

Greek Yoghurt – contain lots of protein which helps your body stay healthy and strong!

Greek Yoghurt – has a lot of vitamin b which gives you energy and also helps your brain develop which will help you to be clever!

Greek Yoghurt – is a great source of calcium which makes you have strong  ones and teeth!
