Peanut Butter Oatmeal Mugcake

Ingredients:
- 90g/3oz peanut butter
- 30g/1oz oatmeal
- 1 egg
- 15ml/0.5fl oz maple syrup
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe mug. Stir well.
- Cook for a minute in the microwave, in 30-second intervals.

Yes this recipe is certainly not a low calorie option, and you would have to be careful not only with calories, but also with the amount of fats that you have in your other meals on that day! We created this recipe from a nutritional point of view, as a healthier alternative to a rich and indulgent dessert full of refined sugars. We used natural ingredients which the body will process quicker than the refined counterparts.
If you’re looking for a low calorie dessert, then this is not the one for you!
