Healthy Valentine’s Meal

We have lots of delicious and nutritious recipes on our blog so we’ve pulled together a menu that’s fit for a king and queen on Valentine’s day. Who’s cooking it is another matter, but maybe you’d enjoy making it together.
All of our healthy recipes are created from a nutrition perspective, as we want to nourish the body bite by bite. This sets you up for a healthy and happy Valentine’s day with your partner.
The recipes from the menu are below:-
Starter – Cucumber Avocado Rolls
Main – Cherry and Mango Salmon
Dessert – Quinoa Cacao Crispies
The alternatives are
Starters – Lentil Soup or Smoked Salmon And Egg Stuffed Avocado
Mains – Pasta Bake, Polenta Pizza or Spaghetti Bolognese
Desserts – Jam Tarts, Chocolate Mousse or Profiteroles
We just had to finish with a love poem about something that’s close to our heart, and also looks after it too.
Roses are red, violets are blue,
