Positive Health Benefits of Eating Cacao
The excuses that we’ve all been waiting for! There aren’t many of us who don’t enjoy something sweet (especially chocolate), and if you make some minor adjustments to the form that you consume it, then you’ll be improving your health rather than potentially harming it.
It’s worth noting that the more processed the cacao, typically the lower the nutritional value. Generally the higher the cacao content the better, so try and balance the flavour that makes your mouth happy with the nutritional benefit.
Eating 30g a day of cacao, dark chocolate has these potential benefits
