As we age it is accepted that the body will deteriorate and won’t perform the same way that it used to, however with this inevitable conclusion, a complacent attitude is not the way to approach it. In fact, this will accelerate the deterioration and potentially make the effects more severe. With this knowledge, we should tackle the process head on and provide our body with the necessary nourishment to preserve our eyesight for as long as is physically possible. With this in mind we have prepared an infographic in the hope of encouraging a proactive prevention plan rather than a ‘should of done’ regret.
