What you’ll need:

1 Red apple
2 blueberries
16 red grapes

Apple and Blueberries – all have lots of vitamin C in them which makes your body’s defensive shield (immune system) stronger! Vitamin C makes you happy too!

Blueberries – contain loads of fibre which helps to keep your tummy healthy!
