Nutrition benefits to tell the kids:
Pears, Blueberries and Linseed (aka flaxseed) –Â have a good amount of fibre in them which helps to keep your tummy healthy!
Kale, Strawberries, Raspberries and Blueberries – all have lots of vitamin C in them which makes your body’s defensive shield (immune system) stronger! Vitamin C also makes you happy too!
Linseed (aka flaxseed) –Â has loads of Magnesium in it which helps create strong bones and also helps to prevent diabetes!
Carrots and Kale – are high in vitamin A which helps you to see better, you might even be able to see in the dark!
Grapes – are really healthy and contain lots of vitamins, there isn’t one vitamin that stands out. They are a good all rounder!
