What you’ll need:
1 orange pepper
2 blueberries
Greek yoghurt
Toothpicks

Blueberries – contain loads of fibre which helps to keep your tummy healthy!
Blueberries and Peppers– have lots of vitamin C in them which makes your body’s defensive shield (immune system) stronger! Vitamin C makes you happy too!
Greek Yoghurt – contain lots of protein which helps your body stay healthy and strong!
Greek Yoghurt – has a lot of vitamin b which gives you energy and also helps your brain develop which will help you to be clever!
Greek Yoghurt – is a great source of calcium which makes you have strong ones and teeth!
