What you’ll need:

Pineapple (for the lion’s face)
3 oranges
1 Banana
1 Carrot
Celery
2 Blueberries
1 Strawberry

Nutrition benefits to tell the kids:

Pineapples, Bananas, Oranges, Strawberries and Blueberries – are high in vitamin C which makes your body’s defensive shield (immune system) stronger and stops you from getting ill! Vitamin C also makes you happy too!

Celery – has lots of vitamin K which is so important for a healthy happy heart and strong bones that won’t break very easily!

Bananas – are good all rounders in the fruit community, but they have a lot of vitamin b (or more specifically B-6) which gives you energy and also helps your brain develop which will help you to be clever!

Bananas – also have some fibre which helps to keep your tummy healthy!

Carrots – are high in vitamin A which helps you to see better, you might even be able to see in the dark!

Have fun making it 🙂

If you eat some fruits and vegetables every day it will make a big difference. If you do, Presley the pineapple will be very pleased!
