What you’ll need:

1 watermelon
1 lime
2 blueberries
cocktail sticks
mixed berries

Watermelons – the natural red colour means that it’s good for your heart! We all want a happy heart. Also did you know that Watermelons are 92% water!

Blueberries and Limes – have lots of fibre in them which helps to keep your tummy healthy!

Limes, Raspberries and Blueberries – have lots of vitamin C in them which makes your body’s defensive shield (immune system) stronger and stops you from getting ill! Vitamin C makes you happy too!

Grapes – are really healthy and contain lots of vitamins, there isn’t one vitamin that stands out. They are a good all rounder!
