Halloween Stuffed Peppers
This month’s food art all has a spooky Halloween theme to inspire everyone to get creative, healthy and nutritious with their party food. We hope you love our first Halloween creation, it’s so easy to make.

What you’ll need:
Spiralizer
Courgette/Zucchini
Peppers
Optional filling – brown rice
You will need a spiralizer to make the noodles (We made ours with courgette/zucchini). If you don’t have one you could try stuffing the peppers with brown rice or other healthy delights.
Why not give our other Halloween food art a try too: Scary Pineapple, Mushroom Ghosts and Avocado Skulls, Halloween Goblin Eyes and Frankenstein Kiwis.
If you create any of the food arts then do send it through to us as we’d love to see it!
Nutrition benefits to tell the kids:
Courgettes/Zucchinis and Peppers – have lots of vitamin C in them which makes your body’s defensive shield (immune system) stronger! Vitamin C also makes you happy too!
Brown rice – has some Magnesium in it which helps create strong bones and also helps to prevent diabetes!
