What you’ll need:

1 cucumber
1 carrot
2 blueberries
Punnet of grapes
Punnet of raspberries
Tooth picks

Nutrition benefits to tell the kids:

Cucumbers – are full of vitamin K which helps you have a healthy happy heart and strong bones that won’t break very easily!

Carrots -are high in vitamin A which helps you to see better, you might even be able to see in the dark!

Blueberries – have lots of fibre in them which helps to keep your tummy healthy!

Raspberries and Blueberries – have lots of vitamin C in them which makes your body’s defensive shield (immune system) stronger and stops you from getting ill! Vitamin C makes you happy too!

Grapes – are really healthy and contain lots of vitamins, there isn’t one vitamin that stands out. They are a good all rounder!
