Food Art – Bear
Creating healthy and fun food art for kids is such a great way to get the younger generation excited about nutritious food – and a fantastic way to teach them about all the nutritional benefits too.
This week we’ve created this delicious bear made from apples and grapes. It was super easy to make, looks really cute and is a fantastic healthy snack for kids.

What you’ll need:
Green apple
Red apple
Grapes
Nutrition benefits to tell the kids:
Apples – contain loads of fibre which helps to keep your tummy healthy!
Apples and Grapes – are really healthy and contain lots of vitamins, there isn’t one vitamin that stands out. They are a good all rounder!
