Banana and Almond Butter Smoothie 

We really love smoothies, they’re so delicious and full of so much goodness. This banana and almond butter smoothie tastes like dessert yet it’s really good for you. It makes the perfect breakfast, afternoon pick-me up or a delicious after dinner treat.

The almond butter is full of vitamin E which is great for your skin and bananas fill you up with potassium and magnesium. Hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients:

1 banana
240ml/8fl oz almond milk
1 tbsp. almond butter
1 tbsp. flaxseed

Method:

1. Peel the bananas and chop into small slices.
2. Place in a blender with all the other ingredients and blend into a creamy deliciousness (2-3 mins).
3. Top with more flaxseed and enjoy!
